The 2011 Mast

Southwest Waterjet, since they started sponsoring us last year, has been indispensable to our efforts. In both years, they have been kind enough to machine parts for us and facilitate tours of their facility. This year, they machines our amazing mast that holds up our arm, the treads on our wheels and parts internal to our arm. Last year, they helped in the creation of the latch that held back our kicker. Both played a vital part in the robots’ design, and we would not have been as successful had they not helped us. Thanks to them, FIRST Team 2449 is ready for Logomotion.
