Sub-Teams

The '09 web page has a new look and deeper content, thanks to the encouragement of all of Team 2449. The Sub-team is a small but motivated bunch. One web author, Robert, returns from last year. All other members are not only new to the Web Page Sub-Team, but completely new to web authoring in general. Our number one objective continues to be to allow every member of the sub-team to make a significant and meaningful contribution to Team 2449's web site. With that in mind, we hold adamantly onto the strategy to use beginner-accessible html and css to create the overall site. At the same time, we welcome and encourage on-page components that use more advanced skills such as javascript, flash, and php. In the end, every member has influenced this site and is more knowledgeable and confident in web authoring skills than at the beginning of the build season.

In addition to designing and building the web site, this sub-team is responsible for all team media. These coders are also photographers, graphic artists, and videographers. It is exciting to work with such a creative and diversified group!
