Iris Gishkin

Hey everyone! My name is Iris. I’m a senior at Marcos de Niza and this is my first year on Team 2449. I joined robotics because I am very interested in technology and I wanted to learn more about it. I really love every aspect of robotics and I help with various things but mostly mechanics. So far, my favorite thing this year has been learning about the LabView program. I’m the team secretary, so I keep everyone updated on what’s going on. Other than robotics I participate in Book Club, German Club, and Chamber Orchestra, in which I play the viola. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, reading, and just spending a lot of time with my friends. I am so glad that I have the chance to participate in such a wonderful program where I can learn so much!
