This is my first year as a FIRST mentor. It has been a great adventure. I enjoyed what we, as a team, have accomplished this year. I undestand how important it is to encourage and develop the creativity and skills of these future scientists and engineers, plus have fun at the same time. I wish I had the same opportunity and encouraging people when I was in school.
